Statement of Purpose: To promote and encourage continuous improvement, beautification and environmental issues of the City of Mitchell. To promote City Beautification in residential, business and industrial areas as well as entrances into the city; and to promote pride in the community by individual citizenry.
Goals: To develop a plan of community awareness of City Beautification and environmental issues. Monitor and encourage the beautification efforts between organizations and institutions within the city. Monitor signage and weed control issues that affect city beautification.
