    Job Description
    We are seeking a professional leader with a passion for working with the geriatric population, excellent customer service, high degree of integrity, and great interpersonal skills. Candidate must have education and/or experience with fiscal and personnel management and working with a volunteer board. Candidate must have ability to operate basic computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Administration and management of Wesley Acres, a 50 unit independent senior living facility.
    • Ex-officio member of Wesley Acres Board and of the Foundation Board to include preparation of meeting agendas and preservation of meeting records.
    • Fiscal management of Wesley Acres, Inc.  to include preparation of annual budget, collection of funds, and the expenditure of funds.  Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software preferred, but not required.
    • Management of resident admissions to include maintaining a waiting list, following admission procedures, maintaining open communication with residents, and determining termination of residency.
    • Personnel management of staff to include hiring, supervision, and termination.
    • Maintenance of records pertaining to procedures and preserving of permanent documents.
