Responsibilities include supporting clients that use our financial accounting software package, which includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, point of sale, payroll, inventory, asset tracking, and company stock. Days go by quickly in our fast-paced environment, and with a variety of responsibilities, two days are rarely the same! Financials Support Specialists work on software design and testing, verifying financial data, preparing and presenting training materials, miscellaneous projects, and providing great customer service to clients across the country who use our software.

Job Requirements:
Accounting work experience preferred
Software or telecom industry experience beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, computer science or information technology preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
Self-motivated, self-driven and open to change
Public Speaking experience
Remote or in Mitchell, SD
