    Job Description
    Develop and implement a business plan to grow all Trail King trailer product offerings in a given territory.
     Principal Responsibilities:         
    1. Responsible for servicing and training existing dealers and customers. Develop business relationships with new dealers and customers. Continue to increase market share in all Trail King product offerings.
    2. Manage the sales and growth opportunities in a given geographical territory.
    3. Develop a plan which will allow you to capture a minimum of 25% market share in your territory on the products Trail King chooses to support.
    4. Develop and maintain an active project list, which will allow you to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
    5. Responsible for developing and managing an annual dealer business plan with dealer principles.
    6. Develop strong partnership programs with all dealers in your territory.
    7. Responsible for training dealer staff on Trail King products and their use.
    8. Responsible for conducting sales meetings with dealers, resulting in action plans that will lead to the close of new business.
    9. Consult with dealers about advertising and promotion of Trail King products.
    10. Manage dealer network to support growth plan.
    11. When appropriate manage and grow direct customer base in your territory. 
    12. Develop value proposition to sell Trail King over competitive products.
    13. Respond to all sales inquiries supplied for your territory.
    14. Attend various trade shows to support featured Trail King products.
    15. Follow up on all leads generated from supported trade shows.
    16. Utilize a personal computer for company projects and communications.
    17. Develop quotes for all potential opportunities in your territory.  Manage the prospects expectation resulting in the close of business.
    18. Develop and complete Wingspan annual goals.
    19. Participate in Trail King COS program.
    20. Continue to develop and hone selling skills and product knowledge.
    21. Must be able to travel extensively in the specified territory as needed to meet or exceed the expectations of Trail King.
    22. Assumes additional responsibilities as needed.


     Position Qualifications:                         
    1. 3-5 years experience in construction, commercial or trailer industry with a proven track record of success.
    2. Proven track record building strong dealer partnerships.
    3. Demonstrated success in profitability penetrating and expanding major key accounts.
    4. Demonstrated success-building relationships at various levels of an organization.
    5. Demonstrated success in achieving personal quotas/goals.
    6. Excellent oral communication, written communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
    7. Maintain a home-based office with travel requirements up to 80%.
    8. Bachelor's degree preferred.
